ETO (Excise and Taxation Office) Islamabad has made it mandatory biometric verification for any vehicle/bike/jeep/truck transfer or purchased. Incase of new vehicle, biometric verification is required of the person who’s name is in invoice. If you’re using another person’s Islamabad address then hus biometric verification is also required.

Incase of transfer of vehicle, seller needs to give his biometric verification to purchaser then purchaser can transfer on its name. We do provide home service for this biometric verification specially for patients, senior citizens, females or any person who’s unable to visit our office. There are some extra charges for home service with respect to the distance.

ETO Punjab

We provide services for Punjab Vehicle Transfer as well.

The process is simple as purchaser requests to apply for vehicle by providing registration number and his detail like preferred district, CNIC, Name, Father Name, Address, Mobile number and email.

After entering all required information a challan gets generated about the amount needed to deposit for transfer of vehicle.

After submitting transfer fee, a tracking ID is issued by Excise and Taxation Department Punjab, both seller and buyer then do their respective biometric against that tracking ID.

Finally vehicle need to get inspected at relevant Excise office and they post new registration card in 3 to 5 weeks time.

ETD Punjab also provide service for seller biometric for dealers, in this case no transfer fee need to be paid. Only by entering vehicle registration no a tracking ID is issued against which seller can give biometric.

Purchase Biometric

We offer purchaser biometric for Islamabad vehicles. When you want to purchase a new car in Islamabad the purchaser of the car will need to provide biometric to excise office. This enables the people to provide biometric data for vehicle purchases, ensuring secure and genuine transactions.

Duplicate Smart Card

If you loss or damage your vehicle smart card. You can apply for duplicate smart card in the excise office. For that purpose you will need a biometric verification, this biometric will used for vehicle ownership identification

Conversion to Smart Card

We also offer biometric verification for conversion of copy into smart card. This biometric service allows people to convert their existing documents (e.g., vehicle registration) to a smart card format, which is safe and secure as compare to hard documents.

Residential Address Proof

We offer biometric verification for residential address proof.

Transfer of Vehicle Ownership

We offer biometric verification for transferring the ownership of vehicles. After the inspection the seller need to transfer the ownership to purchaser, so he or she can transfer it through a biometric verification we offer at our office. You have to bring chases number, registration number and purchaser ID number.

Smart Card Authorization

Smart card authorization biometric is used when the owner of a vehicle wants to authorize someone to collect smart card from the excise office. Through this biometric excise office would know the card collector is genuine.

New Registration Authorization

if you want to authorize someone to do registration on your behalf you need new registration authorization. This will allow the registration process is secure.

Transfer of Punjab Vehicles

We provide transfer of Punjab vehicle service for you; we will make the process more suited and efficient. There will be no need to visit the excise office just brings pictures from the front of the car, back and where chases number is written. There will be two biometric of the seller and purchaser against one tracking Id.

Seller biometric:

We provide ETO Punjab seller biometric. The seller will do biometric against tracking id generated during online transfer.

Purchaser biometric:

After completing the online transfer process the purchaser will do a biometric verification like seller biometric. Visit us and get benefits from these services.

Punjab arm license:

We also provide services related to arm license, like we can pay arm license fee, renewal fee and processing fee. You can share your arm license number and national identity card number and we will pay your arm license fee. You don’t need to visit the office, everything will be done online.
